Yes, it's pretty easy and they have pretty good tech support too.

The part you want to familiarize yourself with most is the "MarketCaster". This is the live quotes board and can be customized to however you want. You can even trade directly from that board...just click on the stock and an option box/list appears. Just click on Trade and a new window opens up to trade that stock. Enter buy or sell, number of shares, market order or limit order and price. Btw, NEVER place a market order....even if you're willing to buy it at the ask or sell at the bid...place a limit order instead and just put in the $ amount. The MMs love to play games with market orders and they will screw you. I've seen it happen too many times.

start with TD ameritrade, etrade is too complicated and it's more expensive...and TD answers your emails either the same day or the day after..so....Ive been with td for almost 2 years and investing for almost 3..ive tried other brokers like zecco, tradeking, scott...but i found TD to better suit me....so...just a suggestion..

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info

i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.

if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.
