You can definitely make money but you must make sure to do your research first. If you do decide to begin trading, I would recommend Scottrade but there are many of them out there to try from. Its free to open an account and I believe a $500 minimum initial investment is required. This way you can make all your own investment decisions and use the tools and reports provided by Scottrade. All the online dealers have different rates, but Scottrade only charges $7 per transaction so you never have to worry about what you will be charged with the random fees charged by other brokers. Scottrade has never charged me a dime other than for my trades.

Scottrade transactions go through virutally instantly. I was very impressed with how quick my transactions are carried out and that my funds are available for trading immediately

Well, you need to be a stock buff...

Before you plan to enter into this trade, make sure you have made proper research before you have made up your mind to invest.

initially, learn various stock trading terms and its meaning. Once you have a clear understanding of it, chuck out few shares you may be interested in to buy (remember a famous company doesn't guarantees you returns, so don't run after them).

Once you have a list of your preferred companies, do your research about its past performances. Not to mention, if you find a huge appreciation/depreciation of prices, dig out why it happened, what factors were behind it. There are various forces which acts in a sudden drop or increase in share price. Make sure you them all so that you calculate your decisions.

No its all nonsense. You cannot trade shares without a full year of learning and practising and understanding. They just take your money.

The only way to be succesful is to find a job and learn about investing on the side and slowly over the next 10 years try to double ur money every year,....BUT to do that you need 6 months to learn financials and investing and another 6 months on a simulator. Alternatively.

open an acount and put your money in Exxon and chevron and leave it there. DO NOT DAYTRADE WITHOUT 1 YEAR LEARNING. MONEY LOSS GUARANTED. Its better to work in pizza delivery, than to be idle and try to earn money by trading....u might as well become a proff. gambler....I can assure you, nobody makes money daytrading...only those that have 50-100K to loose...and dont care about loosing it.

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info

i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.

if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.
