In India, interest in share market is picking up, people have started investing in stock markets and the percentage of demat accounts are increasing day be day. Yet, it depends on certain factors..

first, you have to choose a good and reliable brokerage firm which service should be good and rate brokerage less and their percentage of free tips should be more accurate than its peers then only number of new accounts will be more and business will also be more. Hence, your Vertical growth would be good. I have seen the employees working in some firms , there is no change in their career and no substantial increase in the salary even in during the period of market rallies, because the markets are good but the service of the company is not liked by the customers. AT the same time, people joined in some other good brokerage agencies ( IIFL foe instance) have climbed the ladder and reached good positions with in few years. So first study which brokerage company is best . You can get the information by verifying data / ratings / awards achieved by such companies. You also check the growth percentage of their business with last few yeARS . you have to choose the best firm where your growth is assured and be prepared to provide good service to your clients . All the best

1. A futures exchange or futures market is a central financial exchange where people can trade standardized futures contracts; that is, a contract to buy specific quantities of a commodity or financial instrument at a specified price with delivery set at a specified time in the future. These types of contracts fall into the category of derivatives. Such instruments are priced according to the movement of the underlying asset (stock, physical commodity, index, etc.). The aforementioned category is named "derivatives" because the value of these instruments is derived from another asset class.

2. Yes

3. No

4. Search google

No, it does serve a purpose in raising capital for companies and also allow individuals to invest in companies. Without the market how would you epect someone to invest in a company they beleive in ? You may want the market abolished due to speculators and whith all the issues that have gone on in the past few years, I think that there should be better regulations, but not an abolishment.
